Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing tenzo.my or purchasing any Tenzo Architecture Blueprint or DFY Deployment, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. No Revenue Guarantees

Tenzo provides engineering infrastructure, server-side data models, and direct-response frameworks. We do NOT guarantee specific sales volumes, profits, or Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). Market conditions and product-market fit dictate final performance.

3. Capital Rebate Policy

Purchasers of the Architecture Blueprint who subsequently upgrade to our full A-to-Z Infrastructure Build within 60 days are eligible to have 100% of the Blueprint purchase price credited toward their build setup fee.

4. Intellectual Property

All downloadable blueprints, scripts, and server configurations provided in the Tenzo Vault are licensed for single-business use only. Redistribution or resale is strictly prohibited.
